Job summary

Caterlink is hiring a Chef to provide cover in Oxfordshire. The role is term-time only with no weekends and requires own transport for a mobile position. You will work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, at £14.00 per hour, supporting school sites across Oxfordshire.

The role involves food preparation to high standards, adherence to food safety and health and safety procedures, and helping manage inventories and budgets while delivering excellent service to pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking for school environments.
• Ability to work term-time and travel as required.
• Own transport is required for mobile role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures are followed and paperwork completed accurately.
• Support with day-to-day running of the location including inventories, budgets and action plans.
