Job summary

The Realization Group, a specialist marketing and communications agency for capital markets and institutional finance, seeks a Chief Revenue Officer to lead growth. You will own the commercial agenda, drive new business, and manage the firm’s highest-value client relationships with a mix of strategic leadership and frontline selling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in senior commercial or client leadership roles, ideally in agencies.
• Strong knowledge of financial services and senior relationships.
• Experience managing large or high-value accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the new business agenda and convert targets into long-term clients.
• Build and lead a structured sales process with pipeline tracking.
• Direct ownership of top client relationships and account management.
• Open new client segments and service offerings beyond capital markets.
• Champion AI-first, process-driven culture and tools.
• Contribute to Board-level strategy and growth discussions.
