Job summary

North Oxford Garage, part of the William Morgan Group, is seeking an experienced BMW Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will report to the General Sales Manager and play a key role in achieving commercial objectives.

The role requires leading sales efforts for BMW, coaching the team, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales and retail motor industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong commercial performance.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with the ability to coach and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the BMW sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive performance across new and used vehicle sales, finance and related products.
• Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience from enquiry to handover.
• Monitor individual and team performance, identify development opportunities.
• Support the General Sales Manager in achieving departmental objectives.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism and customer care across the sales department.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with policies, manufacturer standards and legislation.
• Work with other departments to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
