- Proven leadership in automotive sales with a track record of driving targets.
- Experience coaching and developing sales teams to high performance.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to maintain CSI standards.
- FCA/compliance awareness and ability to guide financial discussions.
Responsibilities

- Implement compliance with manufacturer standards and FCA regulations.
