Job summary

Sytner Tamworth BMW & MINI is seeking a proactive Accessory Sales Expert to help customers personalise and enhance their BMW or MINI. You’ll work with the sales team to introduce genuine accessories, explain options, and maximise every opportunity.

A confident communicator with a passion for service will thrive in this role. You’ll develop strong product knowledge, support showroom activities, and help customers find items that suit their car and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales or service roles.
• Desire to learn about BMW/MINI accessories and personalisation options.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers purchasing New and Approved Used BMW/MINI vehicles.
• Proactively introduce genuine accessories and personalisation options.
• Work with Sales Executives and Retail Managers to maximise opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers visiting Service/Bodyshop departments.
• Showcase latest accessory ranges and follow up on enquiries.
