Job summary

Sytner Wolverhampton is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Administrator to support BMW, MINI, Motorrad and Geely. You will provide exceptional administrative support to the sales team, handling file auditing, trade transfers and ad-hoc duties while delivering excellent customer service to our customers.

This role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment, with some weekend patterns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Administrative role is essential and IT skills are required.
• Automotive industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the sales team, including file auditing and trade transfers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Collaborate with Dealership Accountant, Sales Department and management to ensure smooth operations.
