Job summary

Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI Group is seeking a proactive MINI Sales Expert in the UK to guide customers through the full buying journey, from initial enquiry to handover. You will present MINI models, including EVs, and tailor financing and trade-in options to the customer’s needs.

The role offers an attractive OTE up to £50,000 with a base salary and a company car, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will work in a fast-paced automotive sales environment with ongoing manufacturer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to negotiate options and close deals while maintaining service quality.
• Strong customer service mindset and relationship-building ability.
• Well organised with accurate diary management and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across MINI models including EVs.
• Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Assist with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade‑in valuations.
• Manage sales contracts, vehicle orders and financing details accurately.
• Ensure thorough handover including a video walkthrough at collection.
