Job summary

Sytner BMW & MINI Luton is seeking a Brand Expert to be the first point of contact for customers, initiating conversations and building rapport to excite them about the BMW & MINI brand, accessories and ownership.

In this full-time role, you will promote the benefits and unique selling points of the brands, deliver exceptional customer care and work with a motivated team to achieve the highest levels of service. Weekend work is common to service customers at peak times.

• Experience in retail and delivering exceptional customer care.
• Desire to expand knowledge and inspire others.
• Willing to develop expert knowledge of BMW & MINI.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, initiating conversations and building rapport to excite them about the BMW & MINI brand, accessories and ownership.
• Promote the benefits and unique selling points of BMW & MINI to customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Occasionally work weekends to meet customer demand.

About The Role

A fantastic opportunity is available for a Brand Expert to join our team at Sytner BMW & MINI Luton. As a Sytner Brand Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points of BMW & MINI, accessories and vehicle ownership. This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in retail and be able to maintain exceptional customer care in a competitive environment. A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a key attribute of the position, along with a determination to expand your knowledge and inspire others; you will demonstrate enthusiasm and self-motivation to excel in customer service. We offer extensive training to allow you to develop expert knowledge of the BMW & MINI.
