Job summary

Sytner Maidenhead BMW is seeking a motivated Motor Trade Service Advisor to join our team. You will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, informing on servicing and maintaining clear communication at every stage.

We value excellent customer service, organisational skills, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided through our in-house Learning & Development team and manufacturer courses, with opportunities to progress in a busy, rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service background and excellent organisational/administrative skills.
• Willingness to learn; training provided in-house and manufacturer courses.
• Knowledge or exposure to Kerridge is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key link between customers and the workshop, informing on servicing and status updates.
• Provide best advice on products and services and upsell where appropriate.
• Coordinate with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely completion and high customer satisfaction.

About the role

We have an excellent opportunity available for a motivated Motor Trade Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Maidenhead BMW

As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing, and keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have. You will also liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time. You will also have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

Sytner Service Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Don't worry if you do not have previous experience, we want applications from individuals with a willingness to learn and progress. Training is provided through our dedicated in-house Learning & Development team and outstanding manufacturer courses run by *[Brand]* to support your career.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Working knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous, but not essential.
