Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment is seeking a BMS Bureau Engineer in Essex with hybrid working. You will remotely monitor BMS systems, diagnose faults, and analyse data to optimise energy use, while liaising with site engineers and customers.

The role focuses on the technical side of controls with reduced travel, offering a collaborative environment and opportunities to work with Trend or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS engineering.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and controls.
• Experience with BMS graphics, alarms and trend data.
• Strong fault-finding ability.
• Comfortable working with software and building data.
• Clear communication skills.
• Experience with Trend or similar systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor customer BMS systems.
• Identify faults and abnormal building behaviour.

BMS Bureau Engineer

Location: Essex / Hybrid

We're looking for a BMS Bureau Engineer to join a technically focused team supporting customers remotely through BMS monitoring, diagnostics and optimisation.

It's a great opportunity for a BMS engineer who enjoys the technical side of controls but wants to spend less time travelling between sites.
