Job summary

Unify is seeking a BMS Service Team Leader to join the North West region, combining hands-on BMS expertise with leadership of a growing team of engineers. You will ensure BMS systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with client expectations while helping shape the future of smart building service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on BMS servicing experience, strong HVAC and building automation knowledge, and proven supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience servicing and maintaining BMS systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with energy management and smart building technologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of BMS Service Engineers.
• Supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities across client sites.
• Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and fault diagnostics.
• Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and customer expectations, managing scheduling, call outs etc.
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service.

I am looking for an experienced BMS Service Team Leader to join a household name in the BMS space.

You'll play a key role in ensuring BMS systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with client expectations while helping shape the future of smart building service delivery.

You will be:

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of BMS Service Engineers
