Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer to service, maintain and fault-find BMS/BEMS systems in Central London-based commercial buildings. You will work with clients, engineers and contractors to ensure systems run efficiently and reliably, with exposure to leading platforms and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS/BEMS systems.
• Experience with at least two of the listed platforms (Tridium, Distech, Schneider, Delta, Centraline, KNX).

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain BMS control systems across sites.
• Perform PPM, reactive maintenance and small project works.
• Diagnose and resolve complex BMS faults and issues.
• Complete system checks and diagnostics to optimise performance.
• Respond to client requests professionally and efficiently.
• Work with engineers, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality service.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and service activity.
• Stay up to date with BMS technologies and industry developments.
• Participate in the on-call rota.
• Attend training and development opportunities.

Salary: £50,000+ + Company Car or Car Allowance

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a growing team working across a range of smart, sustainable and high-performance commercial buildings throughout Central London.

Youll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding BMS/BEMS systems, working directly with clients and alongside other engineers and contractors to ensure systems are operating efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Service and maintain BMS control systems across commercial and industrial sites

What We're Looking For
