As a BMS Sales Engineer, you’ll combine technical knowledge with strong commercial skills to drive new business and expand existing accounts. You’ll work closely with consultants, contractors, and end clients to understand their needs and propose tailored BMS solutions that deliver real value.

Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across London and the Southeast.
* Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals, tenders, and presentations.
* Build strong relationships with M&E consultants, contractors, FM companies, and end users.
* Conduct site surveys and provide accurate solutions and pricing for BMS systems, retrofits, and upgrades.
* Work closely with internal engineering and projects teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Experience Required:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation.
* Strong knowledge of BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, or similar.
* A blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen—you understand how BMS solutions create value.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or degree level) in electrical, mechanical, or building services are beneficial.
