The Role:

As a key contributor in this team, you'll be responsible for offering technical support to both the sales team and customers, building strong client relationships, and developing first class end-user solutions.

  • Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information before producing a solution.
  • Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements.
  • Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Estimate costs and produce quotations for all Audio Visual commercial works.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team and customers.
  • Develop first-class end-user solutions and assist with technical drawings and design.
  • Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and within agreed time frames.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Coordinate operations and maintenance (O&M).
  • Help maintain technical relationships with Vendors and Distributors for pricing and designsupport as well as keeping up to date with product updates.

The Candidate:

In the fast-paced world of the Audio Visual industry, a combination of technical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to perform well under pressure is crucial for achieving success. We potentially have two openings and are keen to hear from Audio Visual Pre Sales Engineers with at least two years of experience and varying levels of expertise.

  • In depth professional AV engineering knowledge: Audio DSPs, VC platforms, Video distribution, basic networking.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with commercial clients in the AV industry.
  • Experience with network audio standards (Dante, AES67, AVB).
  • Experience with VC/UC Platforms (Zoom, Teams, Meet).
  • Avixia CTS Certification (CTS / CTS-I / CTS-D).
  • Proven expertise in requirements gathering, design, and solution development, with the ability to apply these skills effectively in a commercial setting.
  • Highly organised and analytical, capable of overcoming sales challenges through innovative and adaptable strategies.
  • Exceptional at building effective working relationships at all levels and collaborating seamlessly with other departments.
  • A collaborative team member who thrives in their area of expertise and effortlessly earns the trust of clients.
