Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a BMS Project Manager to deliver building management system projects across the North West, Midlands and broader UK. You will own project delivery, maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with UK regulations while operating in a hybrid model with on-site days across multiple locations.

You will oversee design reviews, commissioning, and integration of BACnet/Modbus systems, plus drive profitability, risk mitigation and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven track record delivering BMS or building automation projects.
• Experience within complex environments such as pharmaceuticals would be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of smart building technologies and BMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of BMS projects from initial scope to handover.
• Define project programmes and budgets, manage procurement and subcontractors, ensure compliance with UK regulations and CDM requirements.
• Maintain strong client and internal team relationships, run regular progress meetings, oversee design reviews, commissioning and system integration.
