American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for Building Management Systems (BMS) projects across London and the South East. You will drive delivery from design to completion, interfacing with clients and steering projects on time, budget, and quality.

Project Engineer - Building Management Systems (BMS)

We're looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join a leading player in the Smart Buildings & BMS industry. You'll be responsible for delivering multiple projects from design through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and engineer multiple concurrent BMS projects across London, working closely with clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring full satisfaction.
• Produce and submit technical documentation, equipment selections, and system operation descriptions.
• Coordinate project resources, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee project health & safety documentation and compliance whilst maintaining financial control of projects - P&L responsibility, invoicing, variations, and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure projects are fully documented, handed over, and reviewed post-completion.
