Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a BMS Design Manager to deliver Building Management Systems across a regional Derby portfolio. You will lead BMS design development, coordination and technical assurance on complex projects.

You will collaborate with clients, consultants and supply chain partners to optimise building performance and integrate HVAC, energy management and life-safety systems.

Offer: circa £80,000 plus package, with a clear regional career path in a leading contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BMS design and building automation.
• Experience managing complex BMS design projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and energy management.
• Degree or equivalent in Building Services/Electrical/Controls.
• Professional accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of BMS across regional projects.
• Manage design development, coordination and assurance.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and partners.
• Oversee commissioning, testing and handover.
• Ensure integration with HVAC, lighting and security.
