Job summary

Unify in Manchester–North West England is seeking a BMS Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of building management system projects across the UK. You will lead programmes, budgets, procurement, and subcontractors, while ensuring compliance with UK regulations and client expectations.

The role operates in a hybrid model with 2–3 days on site, predominantly in the Midlands, North of London and Manchester. A strong track record in BMS and building automation is essential.

Qualifications

• BMS or building automation project delivery experience.
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in complex environments is advantageous (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
• Strong knowledge of smart building technologies and BMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end BMS projects from scope to handover.
• Define programmes and budgets; manage procurement and subcontractors.
• Lead meetings; report progress to clients and internal teams.
• Oversee design reviews, commissioning and system integration.
• Monitor costs, profitability, and manage variations and risk.
• Ensure accurate documentation and smooth handover to service teams.
