Job summary

Unify in Central London is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to own high-value building management system projects from kickoff to commissioning and handover. This permanent role offers autonomy, flexibility, and a strong benefits package on a flagship portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage plans, budgets and risks, lead engineers and site teams across London, and act as a key client contact to ensure delivery aligns with requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven BMS project delivery experience.
• Experience with Trend, Tridium or Siemens platforms.
• Ability to interpret M&E drawings and control narratives.
• Track record delivering projects up to £500k.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BMS projects from kickoff through commissioning and handover.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources and risk registers.
• Lead engineers, subcontractors and site teams on London projects.
• Act as key client contact to ensure aligned communication and delivery.
• Oversee quality, safety and technical compliance.
