Job summary

Vantage Consulting Limited, on behalf of a leading UK Building Management Systems (BMS) specialist, is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager for Central London.

You will deliver multiple BMS projects across London, from handover to commissioning, while keeping client relationships, budgets and timelines under control in a safe, high-quality environment. Hybrid working and a robust benefits package are on offer.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering BMS projects at Project Manager level.
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS/control systems such as Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider or similar.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, programmes and engineering resources.
• Strong commercial awareness, including variations and cost control.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage BMS projects from handover through to commissioning and final completion.
• Produce and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Lead project engineers, site teams and subcontractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery.
• Monitor project costs, risks, performance and programme milestones.
• Identify and manage variations and additional commercial opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and company procedures.
• Support and develop engineers within the project team.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting.
