The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for projects across commercial, retail, healthcare, education, and government sectors, and will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and support sustainable expansion. Qualifications
Must have a relevant electrical engineering qualification.
Experience in estimating roles is critical.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications required.
Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS projects.
Develop and submit competitive tender packages.
Review project drawings and technical documentation.
Evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Serve as a key contact during estimating phases.
Maintain records of estimates and cost databases.
Prepare accurate project estimates.
Collaborate with sales and project management teams.
Travel across the UK as required.
