Qualifications

• Proven experience in cost estimating or commercial roles within BMS or building services.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for BMS projects.
• Develop and submit compliant tender packages.
• Review project drawings and clarify designs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers.
• Identify potential risks in projects and propose strategies.
• Maintain records of estimates and cost databases.
