Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in an estimation role related to Building Management Systems.
• Experience in design, installation, or commissioning phases of smart building systems is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret detailed technical drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for smart building technology systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate terms.
• Engage with clients to clarify project details and resolve queries.
