Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking a proactive on-site manager to lead the overall site operation, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and client satisfaction. You will oversee budgets, performance, and cost controls while inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding hospitality on client sites.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to foster BM’s culture and high standards across operations and service delivery.
