Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to lead on-site operations, delivering quality food, excellent service and a positive team culture. You’ll manage kitchen and service teams, write menus, control stock and costs, and uphold food safety standards across HACCP and COSHH.

You’ll foster client relationships, train staff, and bring BM’s culture to life with energy, care and consistency. A strong leadership presence and passion for fresh food are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef or similar senior catering professional.
• Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality food.
• A confident and supportive leadership style.
• Commercial awareness and good organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, calm and solutions-focused approach.
