You will manage a portfolio of residential blocks, build strong relationships with leaseholders and contractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role is permanent and full-time with a competitive £40,000 per annum salary and opportunities for career progression, ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Block Manager or Property Manager within residential developments.
• Solid understanding of leasehold property management and current legislation.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy portfolio.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Calm, professional approach when handling issues or disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and ensure compliance with lease obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and contractors.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets with the accounts team.
• Arrange maintenance, repairs, and contractor management.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and statutory requirements.
