Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment is seeking an experienced Block Manager in Hove to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks and maintain high standards of service. You will manage budgets, coordinate maintenance, and liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, and contractors to ensure compliance.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with a proactive, client-focused approach. A Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing residential developments or blocks.
• Solid knowledge of leasehold property management and current legislation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance with legislation and lease obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, RMCs and contractors.
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets with the accounts team.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, planned works and contractor management.
• Oversee insurance claims, health and safety compliance and statutory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve property management issues efficiently.
