You will manage a portfolio of residential blocks, build strong relationships with leaseholders and contractors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Block Manager or Property Manager within residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and ensure compliance with lease obligations.

What You\'ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Block Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and lease obligations
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), and contractors
• Preparing and managing service charge budgets in conjunction with the accounts team
• Arranging maintenance, repairs, planned works, and contractor management
• Managing insurance claims, health and safety compliance, and statutory requirements
• Delivering exceptional customer service while resolving property management issues efficiently

• Excellent knowledge of residential leasehold property management and current legislation
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage a busy portfolio

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and residents
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
