Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store and maintain the Starbucks experience. You will drive performance, coach the team, and ensure high standards of service and product quality.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or retail leadership experience, strong organisational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook. This role requires flexibility to cover varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

What to expect

You will lead a team of store partners improving performance and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and product quality. You’ll be fully aware of the store’s financial performance, identifying store growth opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve sales budgets and increase profitability.

What you’ll need
