The Role

Reports to: Biometric Operations Lead

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - at least once a week)

Compensation: £40k-£45k (Base) + 10% Company Performance Bonus + Equity + Wider iProov Benefits

iProov has continued to scale rapidly this year and is hiring a Biometric Operations Analyst for our Science team.

How you can make an impact

• Optimize the biometric platform by understanding configuration and model impacts, and identify under-performing models for prioritization.
• Facilitate deployment of new biometric systems/models, ensuring thorough evaluation and performance tracking.
• Design and utilize analysis and diagnostic tools, collaborate with the Data Team, communicate trends, and eliminate bias.
• Support investigation of customer concerns, manage tickets, and analyze performance issues.
• Work with Product and Engineers to assess risks of front-end changes and perform data analysis.
