AMP Clean Energy Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our biomass steam systems at the Cargill and Exolum sites. You will oversee safety, compliance, asset performance and reliability while driving efficiency and controlling costs.

• An experienced engineering professional with strong technical leadership.
• Experience managing heat generation or process plant in a large industrial setting.
• Proven ability to lead engineering/operational teams and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site team, provide line management and development support.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards across sites.
• Maintain compliance for steam systems, electrical generation, and permits.
• Achieve efficiency, availability, and heat targets for biomass plants.
• Plan maintenance shutdowns, inspections and pipework activities.
• Oversee maintenance contractors and manage operational budgets.
