AMP Clean Energy Group is seeking a Site Manager for Simpsons Malt site in Berwick-upon-Tweed. You will lead the on-site team, drive safety, asset performance and reliability, and manage budgets and contractors to deliver heat solutions for customers.

The role requires engineering leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to Health, Safety and Environment standards in a demanding industrial environment. 40-hour weeks with some out-of-hours support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading engineering or operational teams in a large industrial setting.
• Strong safety, reliability and performance focus throughout operations.
• Knowledge of heat generation, steam systems and plant controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the on-site team, driving high performance and engagement.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and housekeeping standards.
• Manage maintenance, shutdowns, faults and plant issues effectively.
• Oversee budgets, costs, spares, and contractor activities on site.
• Coordinate fuel supply, supplier relationships and waste/permit compliance.
• Represent AMP at client meetings and provide site updates.
