Job summary

Ipsen Biopharm Ltd. is seeking a VP, Biologics Process Development to lead the BPD organization globally from the UK. You will shape strategies, oversee cross-functional drug substance development, and drive regulatory submissions for novel biologics.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive CMC experience, and collaboration with CDMOs and internal stakeholders to ensure robust processes and successful regulatory approvals.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline; a BSc with pharma experience is acceptable.
• Fluent English and strong regulatory knowledge in biologics.
• Proven leadership of global development teams in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Lead BPD strategy and execution for toxins, antibodies and other biologics.
• Drive CMC development, tech transfer and regulatory submissions.
• Manage global Biologics Process Development and external partnerships.
• Represent BPD in leadership forums and cross-divisional initiatives.
