Job summary

Accord Healthcare Europe is seeking a Bioanalytical Team Lead to oversee lab-based bioassay activities for monoclonal antibodies and other therapeutic proteins while coordinating team efforts to ensure high-quality data generation and timely delivery in biosimilar and biologics programs.

The role combines hands-on method development with leadership, requiring experience in cell-based potency, ELISA, ADCC, CDC, and cell proliferation assays, plus GLP-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in life sciences or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cell-based assays and ELISA.
• Experience in biosimilar/biologics development and GLP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bioassay activities for monoclonal antibodies and therapies.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot bioanalytical methods.
• Generate and review analytical data in compliance with GLP.
• Coordinate team activities and support project delivery.
