Qualifications

- Strong data analysis, report writing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead development, qualification, and validation of cell-based immunoassays for clinical programs.
- Perform clinical sample testing and robust data analysis under GCP/GLP.
- Author technical and validation reports and project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to explore new technologies.
- Coach junior staff and contribute to performance reviews.
- Represent Immunoassay Team in project meetings and milestones.
