Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or related field.
- 4+ years in a GxP laboratory with at least 2+ years in management.
- Proven expertise in HPLC/UPLC and LCMSMS method development and validation.
- Strong knowledge of GLP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead method development and validation as a subject matter expert.
- Optimise extraction, chromatography, and LC methods.
- Manage and mentor the Method Development & Validation team.
- Ensure GLP compliance and adherence to SOPs.
- Support regulatory submissions and respond to queries.
- Drive continuous improvement and CAPA processes.
- Prepare, review, and transfer validated methods to analytical teams.
