Nexus Life Sciences is seeking a highly skilled MS Method Development Lead in the UK to drive development and validation of LCMSMS bioanalytical methods under GxP standards.

The role blends technical expertise with line management, overseeing a team of method development scientists, ensuring GLP compliance, and supporting regulatory submissions. You will optimise extraction, chromatography, and data systems while leading continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Degree in Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or related field.
Experience in GxP regulated analytical environments.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead method development and validation for LCMSMS bioanalytical methods.
Optimise extraction techniques, chromatography, and LC columns.
Mentor and manage the Method Development & Validation team.
Ensure GLP compliance and adherence to SOPs.
Support regulatory submissions and respond to regulatory queries.
Investigate issues and implement CAPAs.
Lead team meetings and staff development.
