Job summary

Focus Resourcing is recruiting a BIM Information Manager to join our established client on 2-3 large commercial projects. This is not a hybrid role and does require occasional travel to local sites. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

Salary will likely be £38,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. A Document Controller looking for a step up will be considered. The role focuses on managing Information Management processes, using systems like ASITE, Procore, Aconex, and 4P,

Qualifications

• BIM information management experience required.
• Strong organisation and communication skills essential.
• PC literacy including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain the project Information Management Protocol (IMP).
• Ensure project information locations and processes are defined at start-up and aligned with IMR/TIDP/MIDP.
• Provide direction on project information management systems and upload documents to the CDE.
• Manage document numbering and naming, data checks on incoming documents, and workflow initiation.
