Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a BIM Information Manager for 2-3 large commercial projects. The role is site-based with occasional travel, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm. Salary £38,000–£40,000 per annum depending on experience.

A Document Controller looking to step up will be considered. You will draft and maintain information management protocols, define project information processes, oversee the CDE, and ensure governance and data quality across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BIM information management experience.
• Experience with Asite, Procore, Aconex and 4P is highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain the project Information Management Protocol (IMP).
• Define locations and processes for creating and storing project information at startup per IMR, TIDP and MIDP.
• Direct project team on the use of project information systems and upload documents to the CDE as needed.
• Set up document numbering, naming systems and perform data checks on incoming/shared documents.
• Generate reports and monitor data analytics to reflect project performance across the lifecycle.
• Govern the CDE/file structure and drive timely document submission and review.
• Provide improvement feedback to digital delivery teams on systems and templates.
• Apply BS EN ISO 19650 Parts 1 & 2 during delivery and handover of built assets.
• Assist with CDE setup (ASITE) at project level and guidance on Project CDE use.
