Job summary

Focus Resourcing is recruiting a BIM Information Manager to join an established client on 2-3 large commercial projects. This is an on-site role with occasional travel to local sites.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Salary will be £38,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience. A Document Controller looking for a step up will be considered. You will draft and maintain the IMP, manage CDE systems (ASITE) and support information governance in line with BS EN ISO 19650.

Qualifications

• BIM information management experience.
• Asite, Procore, Aconex, 4P desirable.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timescales.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain the project Information Management Protocol (IMP).
• Define locations and processes for creating and storing project information at project start-up as per IMR/TIDP/MIDP.
• Provide clear direction to the project team on the use of information management systems and upload documents to the CDE when required.
• Allocate and control document numbering and naming systems; perform data checks on all documents and manage workflows.
• Generate reports and monitor data analytics to inform project performance.
• Monitor and govern the CDE file structure and project share drive; coordinate reviews and deadlines.
