Job summary

Gensler in Birmingham seeks an experienced Project Design Technology Lead to advance BIM/digital modelling adoption, ensuring delivery across all design phases. You will partner with regional leaders to set goals and strategic plans supporting studio objectives.

You will steer architecture, interiors and landscape teams, implement BIM standards, and oversee BEP/PIP development while driving data-driven improvements through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
8+ years BIM/digital design experience across all project phases.
3+ years leadership experience in architecture/design tech.

Responsibilities

Strategise and lead Architecture, Interiors & Landscape teams in BIM/digital modelling pipeline across design phases.
Develop, maintain and ensure BEP/PIP adherence per ISO 19650.
Guide IFC/COBie data output and CDE processes.
Monitor model metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
Develop design technology strategies aligned with lean delivery.
