Job summary

Gensler Birmingham Studio seeks a Project Architect to lead the design and delivery of Retail & Lifestyle projects. You will guide project teams, coordinate with clients, designers, contractors and authorities, and mentor junior staff to ensure design excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications include RIBA/ARB registration, strong leadership, and experience with Revit and UK building regulations. You will manage the lifecycle of projects from conception to construction across multiple

Qualifications

Experience leading multiple projects from concept through delivery.
Strong client liaison and team management skills.
Knowledge of UK building regulations and codes.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams through design to delivery across Retail & Lifestyle sectors.
Prepare and review proposals, contracts and consultant agreements.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors and authorities.
Mentor junior staff to promote design quality and client satisfaction.
Ensure project timelines, deliverables and budgets are tracked across all phases.
