Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Feltham is seeking a detail‑oriented Billing Specialist to join the National Billing Team. You will manage import/export billing to customers and overseas agents, and support intercompany cost control.

This busy role involves updating client rates in CW1, liaising with overseas offices, and driving process improvements to speed invoicing. Working Tuesday to Saturday 9:00–17:00.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for Air or Ocean freight.
• Understanding of the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Office 365: Excel, SharePoint, Teams etc.
• To be able to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail skills.
• To be a Team Player.

Billing Specialist

Feltham

Tuesday to Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm

The DSV National Billing Team are looking to extend their team with another detail oriented and outside of the box thinking co-worker. They are looking for a strong team player to help up invoicing clients and overseas offices. You will also be included in optimizing processes and assist our colleagues around the UK to improve invoicing speed and create the future in forwarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills who enjoys working in a busy and varied role.

What will you be doing?

• Import & Export billing to Customers & Overseas Agents
• Intercompany Cost Control
• Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
• Updating new client rates in our internal system (CW1)
• Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers

About You
