Job summary

DSV in Feltham is seeking a detail-oriented billing co-worker to join the National Billing Team. You will handle import and export billing for customers and overseas agents, support intercompany cost control, and help speed up invoicing across the UK.

In this busy, varied role you’ll update client rates in CW1, liaise with overseas offices and customers, and ensure accuracy and timeliness while meeting targets. Strong communication and Office 365 skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of client rates or quotations for Air or Ocean freight.
• Understanding of the transport and logistics industry and other sectors within the business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Import & Export billing to Customers & Overseas Agents
• Intercompany Cost Control
• Intercompany Queries on incorrect invoicing
• Updating new client rates in our internal system (CW1)
• Direct contact with overseas offices/agents and customers
