DSV is hiring a Key Account Freight Forwarder based at Heathrow to provide proactive service to key account customers, manage airfreight operations, and align costs with profitability. You will handle orders, maintain records, and deliver KPI-driven performance across the team.

Ideal candidates have airfreight experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in airfreight and knowledge of air industry.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage high workloads.
• Ability to make considered and consistent decisions.
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Intermediate level of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process all customer orders via various platforms in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records for each Key Account.
• Produce and maintain KPI and financial reports for activity tracking.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Provide help and advice to support customers.
• Continuously review and improve customer service processes within the department.
• Assist the Team Leader to capture and analyse department KPI’s.
• Work with the team and Administration to meet financial metrics (unbilled, EICI, etc).
• Ensure costs align with expected profit levels after shipments are completed.

Key Account Freight Forwarder
Heathrow
Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week

DSV are recruiting for a freight Forwarder to provide an efficient and proactive service to all key account customers, overseas and related service providers. You will be dealing with all aspects of air operations and will manage customer expectations and look to make continuous improvements.

What will you be doing?

• Receive and process all customer orders through various platforms and processing these in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out for each Key Account.
• Produce and maintain accurate KPI and financial reports, tracking all activity.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and electronically with customers & team members
• Provide help and advice to support customers
• Continuous reviewing and improvement of customer service processes within the department
• Assisting the Team Leader to capture and analyse department KPI’s
• Work closely with the team and the Administration Department to ensure financial metrics (unbilled, EICI, etc) are met
• Ensure that once all shipment processes are completed that all expected costs are in line with expected profit levels

About You
