MCS Group has partnered with a professional services firm in Belfast to appoint a Billing Specialist on a full-time, permanent basis. The role sits in the finance team with hybrid working options.

You will onboard new clients, submit and monitor bills, address invoice rejections, and develop reports to support billing compliance and client guidelines. Strong IT and communication skills, plus being highly organized, are essential.

Responsabilités

• Onboard new clients.
• Submit, monitor and follow up on bills.
• Monitor invoice rejections and address issues.
• Monitor changes to client billing guidelines.
• Develop and maintain billing reports.
• Identify recurring billing compliance.
