Job summary

Law Debenture is seeking a capable finance professional to manage accounts receivable, unique blend of corporate trust and professional services. You will handle ad-hoc audit requests, chase aged debt, issue invoices and produce monthly debtor reporting, ensuring accurate cash application.

This role also covers platform engineering leadership responsibilities, recruiting, coaching, and bridging collaboration between engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable and debt collection.
• Excellent Excel reporting skills.
• Proven track record of reducing aged debt and managing a debt ledger.

Responsibilities

• Manage audit requests on accounts receivable.
• Collect aging debt via email and phone with AP teams.
• Re‑issue invoices to secure payment.
• Create monthly debtor reporting.
• Chair debt review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support other debt collection activities.
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency.
• Contribute to Finance team processes.
• Attend performance management processes.
• Adhere to regulatory rules.
