Job summary

Cedar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sage Intacct Functional Consultant on a 6-month contract to stabilise and optimise its finance systems following a recent implementation.

The role is hands-on, requiring rapid assessment of the current Sage Intacct setup, identification of functional issues and delivery of practical improvements in Accounts Receivable and Order-to-Cash processes. You will work with finance stakeholders and support testing to ensure a smooth BAU transition.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Sage Intacct functional consulting experience.
• Experience improving Sage Intacct post-implementation.
• Deep knowledge of AR and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with billing, collections and cash application.
• ERP configuration, workflows, master data and integrations.
• Strong finance process knowledge and testing/UAT support.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Ability to work independently and deliver solutions.
• Able to translate issues into practical system changes.

Responsibilities

• Review Sage Intacct configuration and identify improvements.
• Diagnose and resolve functional issues in core finance processes.
• Improve AR, billing, collections, cash application, and O2C.
• Review workflows, master data, controls and configuration.
• Assess integrations and support improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Document and improve current and future-state processes.
• Support testing and UAT for changes.
• Identify quick wins and longer-term optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners.
• Provide knowledge transfer and sustain BAU environment.
