Job summary

Amoria Group in Manchester is seeking a Transactional Finance Operations Administrator to support billing and credit control. You’ll help ensure invoices are raised accurately and on time, payments are chased effectively, and billing or payment queries are resolved quickly.

You’ll work closely with clients and teams across the business, staying organised, communicating confidently, and taking ownership to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, billing, invoicing or credit control
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues
• Proactive approach to solving problems and following queries to resolution
• Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility as you develop

Responsibilities

• Raise and issue accurate invoices per client requirements
• Support credit control: chase payments and issue statements
• Act as primary contact for billing and payment queries
• Investigate issues and coordinate resolution
• Process credit notes, re-invoicing and ad-hoc charges
• Maintain accurate customer, billing and finance data
• Collaborate with Sales and Onboarding to fix missing/incorrect information
• Monitor purchase orders and flag updates needed
• Support reporting on billing, queries and debt
• Ensure activities are completed accurately within deadlines
