Responsibilities

• Support the Billing team with day-to-day administration while learning end-to-end billing for UK and international offices.
• Prepare straightforward bills using clear instructions and agreed processes.
• Process routine requests from the team mailbox and escalate non-standard queries.
• Check matter details, time entries, client references and billing information for accuracy before review.
• Assist with invoice amendments, credit notes and reissues to maintain an efficient billing service.
• Keep billing records and supporting documentation accurate and up to date.
• Engage in busy periods and training in legal billing, 3E Workflow, ServiceNow, VAT awareness and internal controls.
